💥 CrossFitter with nagging elbow pain? These 6 💥 CrossFitter with nagging elbow pain? These 6 drills will help you move better and stay pain-free: ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⁣⁣
⁣
⁣
1️⃣ Forearm Smash (double barbell) – Rest your forearm between two stacked barbell sleeves in the rack. The top bar gives pressure that releases tight tissues. Perfect before cleans or pull-ups.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2️⃣ IronMind Expand Your Hands Bands – Slip the band around your fingers and open your hand in all directions. Builds your extensors and balances out all that gripping. Bonus: easy to keep in the car.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3️⃣ Elbow Supination w/ Kettlebell – hold a kettlebell by the handle so the bell wants to roll. Slowly rotate palm up and down → an incline bench is great to make the supination portion tough, while keeping pronation easy⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4️⃣ Radial Deviation (mini bar) – Hold a loadable mini bar with weight hanging off the thumb side. Hold arm straight at your side. Slowly move thumb side up. Control the return!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
5️⃣ Ulnar Deviation (mini bar) – Same setup, but now move the wrist toward the pinky side. ⁣⁣
⁣
6️⃣ Elbow Supination (mini bar) – Load one end of the mini bar, start with elbow bent at 90 degrees with arm in front and mini bar pointing straight up. Slowly rotate inward until mini bar is parallel to the floor. Return to start position. A more demanding version of the kettlebell drill.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
👉 Hit 2–3 sets of each, 2–3x/week, as warm-up or accessory. Stronger, healthier elbows = better lifts & pain free pull-ups.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
📌 Save this + tag a buddy who’s always rubbing their elbows mid-WOD.⁣⁣

Time doesn’t slow down — but you can decide wh Time doesn’t slow down — but you can decide when to get back in the game. If you’ve been saying “soon” since 2020, let this be the reminder that it’s never too late to start again. Imagine where you could be by 2026 if you began today. Be the one who shows up. 💪
Two kinds of friends: the one who swears CrossFit Two kinds of friends: the one who swears CrossFit isn’t for them… and the one who catches them red-handed loving it. 🤷‍♂️ Stop waiting on the sidelines — it’s time to show up.⁣

Here’s to the Sweat Shop dads who don’t just s Here’s to the Sweat Shop dads who don’t just say they’d do anything for their families — they back it up every day. From breaking bad habits to putting in the work, you’re proving what it really means to show up. And to the dads still on the fence — be the dad who lives for his family. Be the dad who shows up.
Stop waiting to feel “ready.” You don’t need Stop waiting to feel “ready.” You don’t need another book, podcast, or YouTube video — you need action. The people who win aren’t the ones who know the most, they’re the ones willing to look silly on the way to figuring it out. Just start.

❤️Being healthy is having freedom. —- The ho ❤️Being healthy is having freedom. —- The hours we put in here aren’t just about lifting more or moving faster — they’re about building the strength to fully live the moments that matter most. Every rep in the gym is an investment in adventures with family, hikes that take your breath away, and the freedom to say yes to whatever life throws your way. Find your reason. Train for it.
Progress doesn’t always make noise — and that’s okay. Whether you’re chasing your first push-up or your next PR, every bit of effort matters here. No matter your starting point, if you’re working…. we see you.
Freshman year of high school. 93 lbs. Ten pounds u Freshman year of high school. 93 lbs. Ten pounds under the lightest weight class. My first season of wrestling? I got pinned in every single match except one… and I lost that one on points.⁣
⁣
But here’s the thing—none of that stopped me. I kept showing up, season after season, and eventually… I started winning.⁣
⁣
That’s why I love this quote:⁣
“Imagine how good you could be if you didn’t care about how bad you currently are.”⁣
⁣
When you start CrossFit, you don’t need to be in “good enough” shape. You just need to start. The workouts, the coaching, and the community at CrossFit Sweat Shop will take care of the rest.⁣

⚡️Nobody here is keeping score of your Day 1—what matters is that you have one.⁣

Are Creatine Gummies as Effective as Powder?⁣
⁣
Short answer: yes, creatine gummies work — but they’re basically candy-coated marketing. Creatine monohydrate is already the most researched, proven supplement for strength, muscle, recovery, and even brain function. It’s flavorless, mixes with anything, and costs pennies per serving.⁣
⁣
Gummies? Same ingredient, way higher price, plus sugar, flavoring, and fillers you don’t need. They exist to make grown adults feel like they’re “biohacking” when really they’re just eating overpriced candy. The only people pushing gummies are the ones making money off them.⁣
⁣
If you’re old enough to load a barbell, you’re old enough to scoop powder into a glass of water. Supplement like an adult.⁣
⁣
Powder or gummies — where do you stand?⁣
