Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing large groups through CrossFit classes in a safe and enjoyable manner
- Adjusting workouts as needed for various levels of fitness
- Instruct members using a variety of verbal, visual and tactile cues
- Cultivate a supportive and engaging environment amongst members and coaches
