Programming Mission Statement.
Because we have members that are brand new, along with members that have been with us since our inception in 2008, we offer at least three levels for each of our daily workouts, which we have always programmed in-house. We understand that our diverse membership base includes people not only with different experience and ability levels, but also different goals. For this reason our levels differ more than simply the weight prescribed, but also on skill, and even volume. The descriptions below provide further explanation for each of our three levels. And don’t worry, you are never assigned to any particular level. Our coaches are here to help you customize any workout to suit your needs, whether it falls directly into one of our levels, in between two levels, or something entirely it’s own.
