Jake’s Stride School

If you haven’t experienced one of Jake’s warmups which include running technique drills, you’re missing out! Just as olympic lifts, gymnastics, and rowing, are skills that can be practiced and improved upon, so too is running. Whether you have an upcoming 5K, 10K or half marathon,… or you want to make running feel a little easier in our workouts at the Sweat Shop, improving technique can go a long way! Jake will be teaching (3) 1-hour clinics on Saturday mornings starting on August 24th. These clinics will be free for Sweat Shop members!
