By far, the best way to start CrossFit is with some private training sessions. While we do not require this, it is very helpful as we cover the fundamental movements and techniques essential for CrossFit workouts. You’ll learn the mechanics of squats, deadlifts, olympic lifts, and become more familiar with many of the workout formats which will help and more, set a strong foundation for your CrossFit journey. Again not required, but long-term success rates are 6X to 8X higher from members that start with at least 5 private training sessions.

Our experienced coaches are with you every step of the way. From correcting your form to offering modifications based on your fitness level, we prioritize your individual needs, even within our classes, to help you progress safely and efficiently.
