A quick heads up before you start looking…

Taking photos wasn’t actually the plan. I brought my camera last minute since I was already going to be there coaching a bunch of our CrossFit Sweat Shop athletes and competing myself. Because I was bouncing back and forth between coaching, racing, and grabbing photos whenever I could, I definitely didn’t get everyone. Hopefully you still find a few great shots!

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Marcus and the team at HY5 Lab for putting on an awesome event.  It was super well run, and honestly I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a local HYROX sim.
