CrossFit Open 17.1 + Kale Chips

The Open is here! Workout 17.1 is a doozy! Here are the workout details:

For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes

On a less stressful NOTE, Melaney made some pretty DAMN good kale chips the other night! Recipe very simple… Completely dry…Oven at 350..12 minutes, AVO oil, salt after…. Done.
