Healthcare Worker Highlight – Megan P.

When she’s not spending time with her daughter Sadie, husband CJ (who is also a healthcare worker), or visiting Disneyland, Megan is a NICU nurse (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) at John Muir in Walnut Creek.  Even though I recently had dinner at Zachary’s Pizza with Megan and CJ while she wore an Orange Theory Fitness sweatshirt, I still consider her a member of the Sweat Shop family.  With Megan’s natural talent when it comes to olympic lifting, specifically her clean and jerk, some light dumbbells and a heart rate monitor will never do her justice!

That’s a 53lb. kettlebell. You won’t find one of those in a boutique fitness studio 🙂
