I have been following the CrossFit Gymnastics social media pages the past couple months and have picked up some really useful tools on the Ring and Bar muscle ups. One I’ve used a lot for members lately has been their series of “tension” drills. A handful of you have seen me working with some folks in the back corner on the bar and low rings and have asked what the purpose of the drills were. The CF Gymnastics Instagram just has super short clips so I wanted to give my own tutorial of the drills and a more in depth application to your practice. Enjoy!
