Halloween Contest & Class Schedule

Once again we’ll be encouraging our Sweat Shop members to come dressed up when they workout this Thursday!  Coaches will vote on the best costume and the winner will receive 50% off their next month membership dues.  …. 2nd place winner will receive their choice of either a Sweat Shop hoodie or t-shirt.  Winners will be based on creativity, entertainment value, and difficulty that the costume imposes on exercise…. and with that, anyone that wants to be considered for the prizes MUST WEAR THEIR COSTUME THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE WORKOUT.  🙂

Also there will be no 7:30pm CrossFit Class… however, there will be a 6:30pm Class and Open Gym at 6:30pm.
