Big thanks to Marcus and Bri who recently purchased a new yoke for the Sweat Shop! This is a unique piece of equipment that challenges your “core” or “mid-line” unlike anything else. Because the way in which the weight is distributed you can lift it up and walk with it with much more weight than you would if you were simply holding a barbell on your back. Look for the yoke to appear on workouts where we have a “complete a 70m sled push, etc.. at some point during the workout”. Just beware, the yoke by itself weighs 160lbs., so no need to add additional weight plates…. or your wife!
