There have been many classic upsets in the years of our old CrossTown Throwdown against CFO/EGA. Alfredo and Claxton beating some huge dudes in a 155# partner Franoff event, Ali beating a 2-year regional athlete head to head in a Tabata thruster event, and JD making a comeback final leg of a master’s Helen relay are just a few. But I think the biggest was at CTTD 3.0 when Mike Gilb took down one of C.F.O.’s strongest competitors in the Tug-O-War event. This makes me really miss this uniquely fun, full-gym competition! Nabil, Mike, and Arnie, let’s get this going again!
