First Workout of 2017

On January 1st, 2017 my first workout will be…

“Murph”

1 Mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

I’ve never done the workout before because honestly I’ve been pretty intimidated by it, but I figured if I was ever going to do it why not make it my first workout of 2017! If anyone would like to join me (please someone join me haha), I’ll be at the Sweat Shop at 9am and will start the workout at around 9:30am. Hopefully that gives us enough time before the 11am class! Maybe Murph Rx’d is a bit ambitious for you? Don’t worry we can always find a way to scale it so you can participate and join the fun! Anyway, I hope to see some of you Sunday morning bright and early! Have a safe New Years everybody!

Last note: Bring your own weight vest (but not necessary)

    Boss! Way to put it out there ahead of time, regardless of what goes down on Saturday night, Murph will be waiting on Sunday morning.

    Rough way to start out the year! Impressive grit Marko. I’ve done Murph 3 times! And each time try and keep all those soldiers that sacrificed for all of us back home in my head… That’s what will push u thru that second mile! Good luck Marko! And Happy New Year!
