Bringing Healthy Back

A healthy back is good for all sorts of stuff!

If you move perfectly and are free of pain, this post is not for you.  For everyone else these exercises could help alleviate pain and/or limited range of motion.  While I don’t have pain in my low back, I definitely have tightness in my upper back and lower traps.  I’ve recently found that some of my limited overhead range of motion is due to this back tightness.  I just came across this post on Breaking Muscle and noticed that the first two exercises shown are two that I’ve recently added and have had some pretty good results from.  Check out the post here.
