The 2021 CrossFit Open starts this week, with the first of three workouts being announced Thursday afternoon at 5pm! While the workout can be completed anytime between the time it’s announced and the following Monday 5pm, we’ll be dedicating the next three Saturday mornings from 10:00am – 11:30am to run multiple heats of the CrossFit Open workout in which anyone who is signed up for the Open can reserve a time to do the workout and have a judge count your reps. While Saturdays from 10am-11:30am are the only time dedicated to CrossFit Open heats, we understand that there are plenty of people that may want to do the workouts more than once, or the Saturday time slot just may not work for you. You’re welcome to come in during any of the class times to perform the Open workout, just make sure you also plan to have someone judge your workout so that it is official! Also, keep in mind if you come to do the Open workout outside of a Saturday, the coach teaching the class will likely be occupied and may not be able to help you get setup, so just make sure you are familiar with what the workout is and what equipment you’ll need to get setup.
