Aside from coaching at CrossFit Sweat Shop, Annie has been teaching fitness classes since 2018 as a Yoga Instructor, swim coach, as well as a Health & Life Coach.
She started her own Health Coaching business in 2020, Annie Elizabeth Health, which helps women find more body confidence through a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and exercise.

Cristina first began coaching in 2011 as a gymnastics coach. She developed a special passion for teaching developmental groups, seeing how building a strong basic foundation allowed gymnasts to go as far as they desired in the sport.

In 2017 Colby was introduced to CrossFit as an off-season fitness regimen. The constant variety and high intensity metcons went hand in hand with rugby training. Fast forward six years, retired from rugby, Colby’s new mission is to help people improve their quality of life by moving, looking, and feeling better.

In March 2020, Carmine stumbled into CrossFit, and during the lockdown days of COVID, his garage became his gym. Training by himself, consistency showed Carmine that even without natural athletic gifts, he could push his body to new heights. Carmine loves helping people push beyond what they think they’re capable of, showing them that potential isn’t limited by age or fitness level. He believes that everyone’s got more in the tank, and there’s no better thrill than helping others find it.
