Braydan Tomizaki
CrossFit Coach
Biography:
Braydan was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 and immediately fell in love with it. While he always led a very active lifestyle, excelling in soccer and martial arts, he quickly discovered how CrossFit provides a unique type of training and fitness that is challenging, but more importantly, rewarding and fun! It was through CrossFit where Braydan found his love for fitness and his constant drive for self-improvement.
Before coaching CrossFit, Braydan had an extensive coaching background that continues to this day. At his father’s Kung Fu school, he was put into a leadership role at an early age, helping with toddlers and young children classes. After many years of helping in these classes, he became an assistant instructor in 2011. He was promoted to an instructor in 2015 and is currently the chief instructor, teaching classes to children, teens, adults, and seniors. Braydan continues to train in Kung Fu and is also a full-contact kickboxer.
Braydan has a passion for coaching and helping others improve their fitness and overall health. He wants to help people find their joy for fitness to live healthy and fulfilling lifestyles. He hopes that after every class, members leave feeling happier and more accomplished than when they arrived.
