Jeff’s fitness journey began with Olympic weightlifting, where he developed a deep appreciation for discipline, technique, and power. However, it was a local fundraiser WOD, “Grace,” that truly shifted his path. He finished in last place, a humbling moment that sparked a deeper commitment to functional fitness. From that point on, the course of his life—and his coaching philosophy—changed.
