I saw Nabil using this rope climb drill a couple weeks ago with one of his clients and wanted to share it with anyone who struggles with any version of wrapping the feet. This drill allows the climber to hold on to a pull-up bar while wrapping a foot on the rope. This really helps the climber focus strictly on getting the wrap down without having the grip be so much of a factor. Because you are holding onto a bar, you are able to get more attempts at the wrap which is a big reason why people struggle to climb to the top without feeling smoked!
