Challenge Workout

Details: I’m going to workout tomorrow at Lake Anza in Berkeley. If anyone is interested RSVP to nabil@crossfitsweatshop.com **THIS ISN’T an East Bay Regional Park Sanctioned event*** DON’T wear your Sweat Shop shirt. The workout will have some kettlebell exercises at the bottom of the valley, then you’ll run to the top of the ridge, then back down. Leaving the Sweat Shop at 9:30am… getting to Lake Anza ~ 20-25minutes later. Workout to follow immediately after back at the Sweat Shop… “Elizabeth” 21-15-9 Power Cleans & Dips. Do just the lake workout or do both… this is great prep for anyone interested in competing in the CrossFit Games 2010. If you beat me i’ll buy your lunch.
