Aside from single session drop ins, are other drop in options are 2 Weeks Unlimited sessions or 10 Pack of Drop In sessions. Either of these can be purchased here.
Aside from the Open Gym times listed on our schedule, we don’t allow drop ins to do their own workouts during our classes.
You can see our WOD on Beyond the Whiteboard, or on our blog. We post the entire week of workouts on Sunday evening, with tips and pointers from our coaches. Each workout is programmed with three levels, Rx’d, Advanced, and Beefy, to accommodate our many ability levels. Our coaches are also happy to help you scale either down or up, to adjust the workout so that it best fits your ability level and your needs!
Any of the classes listed on our schedule are fine to attend, no reservation necessary.
