Welcome the latest addition to the Sweat Shop coaching team, Ed Chu! @40yearoldasian He first came to the Sweat Shop 12 years ago while in town visiting family. Several years later he opened his own CrossFit gym in Taiwan. Last year he moved back to Walnut Creek with his wife Joanna (who is a 12:00pm and 4:30pm regular).
