Sports Performance Training

Classes and private sessions available for athletes ages 12 and up  

 

As former Sports Performance Director of Velocity Sports Performance, and through training athletes from ages 8 through pro athletes for the last seven years, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in training methods specific to increasing performance on the field, the court and in the pool. 
 
Through coaching in a variety of settings, from the field, to 85,000 sq. ft. facilities, ranging from one-on-ones, to entire football squads, I’ve developed a program consisting of Olympic lifts, plyometrics, as well as general strength and conditioning that will dramatically improve athletic performance.
