CrossFit is a comprehensive training method that combines the following 10 recognized fitness domains:
1. Endurance (Cardio-respiratory)
2. Stamina
3. Strength
4. Flexibility
5. Power
6. Speed
7. Coordination
8. Agility
9. Balance
10. Accuracy
Even though CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police, fire, and military units, it’s ability to deliver the highest and broadest level of fitness, coupled with it’s ability to be scaled to ANY age, experience, or fitness level, has made it the most ideal program for any committed individual.
“Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life, reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.”

The classes, which are constantly varying, incorporate exercises using dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, Olympic Weight Lifting, basic gymnastics movements (pullups, muscles ups, etc.) and plyometrics. All movements are functional and nothing is done on a machine. The Concept 2 Rower is used as an amazing tool to increase cardio-respiratory endurance, but make no mistake, this is not a machine, remember, by definition, machines make life easier, there is nothing easy about the C2 Rower!
