CrossFit Open Workout 13.1
The first workout has been announced! Burpees and Snatches! If you are doing it tonight (Wednesday), come on down and get some, for everyone else, you MUST post to the comment section of THIS POST by, Friday 9am, what day you plan on doing the workout. We’ll then post a heat schedule a few hours later that will show the exact time your heat will begin. Since Open workouts will be judged, each person will also be assigned one heat that they will judge (during the same day you are doing the workout).

So here is how it goes:
Workout gets announced on Wednesday.
You decide when you want to do it.
If it’s Wednesday evening, just come in, get assigned a heat, and do it.
If you want to do it on Friday or Saturday, post in the comment section your name and when you plan to do the workout.
On Friday we’ll post heat schedule for workout, as well as judging.
Show up, warm up, be ready to roll!
A.) Back Squat
B.) As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
25 Double Unders (ADV. 75)
15 Wall Balls
10 Pullups (ADV. Chest to Bar)
