9:00am – CrossFit Total
1 Rep Max Back Squat
1 Rep Max Shoulder Press
1 Rep Max Deadlift

10:00am – “Murph”
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

*pullups, pushups, and squats can be partitioned how ever you like*
