*perform 1 set of weighted pullups followed immediately by 1 set of weighted pushups. REST as needed before starting second set. REPEAT for a total of 6 sets.

Nabil – Thanks for organizing a great event. Lones and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope you will consider doing another partner competition in the future – maybe with multiple movements.I need to redeem myself, otherwise Lones will find another teammate.

What a fun event, THANKS! I can’t recall much of the last leg of the race as there isn’t much to see upside down in someone’s arse. I do remember the top of the hill upside down, Dean is sweating profusely trying NOT to put me down, I decide to chat with the other upside down competitor next to us. I don’t think Dean was impressed!!
BTW…I might consider a career change if I can be carried around all day.
