Here is February’s Challenge of the Month
2 minutes to complete:
Burpees (25 men/20 women)
5 shots at the target with the bow & arrow
Rules:
You may only attempt the challenge one time each day
Each participant gets 2 practice shots only before the very first time attempting the challenge
Target distance is approximately 15 meters
1 point for hitting the target
3 points outer ring
5 points middle ring
7 points inner ring
10 points Bullseye
-1 point for missing the target
