Leave Nothing

 

This Nike commercial is still one of my favorites of all time.  Aside from being an excellent commercial, it’s also a great motto to have for CrossFit workouts, whether it’s a 20 minute AMRAP, a 4 minute Fran, or a max effort strength day.  Leave nothing.

Tuesday’s WOD:

4 Rounds, 5 minutes each

300m Row
15 Weighted Pushups
20 Situps
20 Walking Lunges (holding same weight used for pushups)
As many box jumps as possible before 5 minutes expires

REST 1 minute between rounds

score total number of box jumps
