		<description>Goals that were set back in Sept/Oct 2009, to be completed by the first week in January:

Deadlift 405×1  -- &lt;em&gt;Still not there but creeping closer&lt;/em&gt;
Snatch Body Weight -- &lt;em&gt;Done!&lt;/em&gt;
Overhead Squat 180×5 --&lt;em&gt;Done, and then some.  200x3&lt;/em&gt;
Push Jerk 200×1  -- &lt;em&gt;205x1&lt;/em&gt;
Grace 3:15 (30 clean &amp; jerks at 135lbs.) -- &lt;em&gt;Nope&lt;/em&gt;.
Squat Clean 265  -- &lt;em&gt;Haven&#039;t tried max effort clean yet.&lt;/em&gt;</description>
