Soda News Flash
Hopefully all of you are making adjustments in your daily nutrition and have long since stopped drinking soft drinks (this includes diet and sugar free soft drinks). For anyone who is still in denial about soft drinks being bad for you, check out this article. Check soda off your list and start moving on other areas: eliminating processed foods, reducing/eliminating grains and gluten, having a protein source with each meal, selecting organic, free-range meats, including grass fed beef.

Maybe that’s why I got completely dominated by Fran. This is the first time I threw up after a CF WOD.
Aaron, I think it had more to do with the Tres Leche’ Cake you had the day before. I could be wrong but if I ate a cake that had 3 different types of milk in it, I would be throwing up after Fran too.

he actually went from having 2 cases of soda from costco in the house at all times to no soda cases in the house currently. It was the same situation with cereal…he went from having a million cereal boxes in the house to NONE at all :)ITS AMAZING! I promise not to talk to anyone right after a FRAN workout…especially not about tres leches cake!
