I know that feeling Helen. Also, I think you probably did closer to 60 Wall Balls on that workout, seriously.

I would have to say that I felt the worse after the Stadium Workout in the affiliate cup qualifier back in June 2009. The workout was
30 Wallballs (20lbs/14lbs) each 10 ft wall, then all four athletes complete all four of:
Row 300m
30 Box jumps (24")
30 KB swings (24kg/16kg)
30 DB Push press / Push jerk (40lbs/25lb)
Then 30 Deadlifts (225lbs/135lbs) each
I remember thinking right after that i wanted to hug my teammates in celebration that it was over but I also wanted to to collapse in a dark, quite corner and not talk to anyone. My ears were ringing and I was seeing stars. What's not to love about crossfit?

I don't have a specific WOD that I felt horrible after, but nutrition definitely plays a huge role. I didn't really notice until I started trying to only eat "clean" food. Before, I just figured, this is crossfit and I just get dominated. Now, I still get dominated but I don't feel like I have the flu after being in a car accident. This is domination from intensity instead of poor nutrition. I still have a few days were I don't eat great and I definitely feel like wolverine after the WOD.
