Morning Workouts

This video gets me excited about working out everytime I watch it…especially early morning workouts.  There is nothing like finishing up your workout as the sun is just coming up.  Personally, I have found when I workout in the morning, I have more energy throughout the day, my mind is more focussed, and I feel more productive.

Here is another version of the commercial that is a must see!

    Thursday’s workout was tough, and the best part was the killer rope burn on may ankle I got to show off to my family. All good until I decided to attend the saturday class this morning, and look what’s on the board – Rope Ascents! My first try up the rope and rip, there goes that scab my body spent two days creating to protect me from the swine flu. Thanks Nabil!

    Mike, it was great seeing you in a saturday class. Hopefully, you won’t have to do any rope workouts for a while because your leg looked like a piece of the caribou you brought back from your hunting trip. Red, raw, fleshy…disgusting.
