Ditto to all the above comments. In addition, I enjoy the lack of aimlessly wondering tools that get in the way of any exercise your trying to complete at a normal gym. There is just something about being able to deadlift heavy, drop it on the ground, take off on a sprint and come back to a rope climb. I also enjoy not being asked what type of supplements I'm taking after a PR. It's awesom to share an environment with people who have a similar drive and concept of what a workout really is!

My Favorite thing about the Crossfit SweatShop is definatley the people there. The sense of community, and encouragement gives you the drive to push well past your limits.
And that feeling you get, when you've given everything you've got, and then some, and you're left writhing on the floor, gasping for air, in a puddle of your own sweat, and a couple of tears. And as soon as you are able, everyone talks about how much fun it was, and what was the most challenging.

The coaching is top notch. And i like the Rap music.

i haven't met the tire yet, but our time is coming.

I love the "bay view" pull up bar at the Sweat Shop. It is my personal heaven! Thanks Nabil!

I love having the Contra Costa Canal trail at our front door. Whether it's the 403 meter run mixed in a workout, or a 5K run, it opens up the workouts to endless possibilities. I also have a love/hate relationship for the short but steep hill on the 403m run. I also love having bumper plates, and the door mounted pullup bar, and the nearby parks, and the tire....
