Despite what you may want to believe, when you crave pizza, ice cream, pasta, or soft drinks, it’s not because your body needs it. Here are a few examples:

Just a personal addition:
If I crave ice cream, I’m usually dehydrated. If I drink even just 1/2 glass of water, the craving goes away!
So, what is your body trying to tell you if you’re craving Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, with a ‘Birthday Cake Shake’?

Heyyyy! Have you seen how strong Alex has gotten? Those shakes seem to be working for him. I’ve never actually had that exact combination but it is a frequent craving I have after the 5:30pm class.
