Thanks MJJ & Nabil. It was a great event.
Thanks for a great event, MJJ & Nabil! Hope there will be more. Beautiful box, Nabil.
I had a great time today. Thanks again to MJJ, Nabil and everyone that made it happen today. Also, thanks to all the competitors that pushed us and the spectators that supported us. Good times.
Thanks to Nabil and all of the other people from CF Sweatshop for a putting on a great event. I think we all proved that there’s a lot of fight, strength, and determination left after 40! All of us from TJ’s Gym had a great day…thanks for making it possible. We met some wonderful people and hope to see some of you soon…you are welcome to come workout at one of our gyms any time!
Thanks Nabil for putting on this event, it was a lot of fun and hard work. Thanks to Big Mike and the other volunteers. CrossFit people never cease to amaze me. I was coached and encouraged by people I didn’t even know, I also made a few new friends. Mike Suttmoeller sharing his winnings was a class act. By the way the bar across the street has ice cold beer.
Nice job by so many very fine athletes! Nabil, great programming and thanks for putting this on. No matter the age or ability, CrossFitters continue to inspire me….and for those of you who complete- I am speechless.
Oop, meant to same compete….but heck, for those who “complete” any WOD…awesome!
Hey, Nabil :
I had a GREAT day! After yesterday, I feel that I can do anything… well, maybe not beat 40 year olds at the Masters competition. Great job Nabil, MJ and volunteers!
Awesome event Nabil. Thanks to everyone that volunteered . I am still laughing about the guy who jumped out of the bushes to tell me I could head back. I thought I was lost for sure.
To everyone that participated and spectated; I was honored to be in your presence yesterday. This is CrossFIt! The third dimension to Coach Glassmans vision. For all of my competitors, thank you for helping bring the best out in me. As for the Podium, I was thankful to be at the top, but anyone there had earned it. The money thing? Well, to me that is just CrossFit. I love what we are doing and where we are all headed. A huge thanks to Nabil and staff at Sweatshop for giving the “old coots” a place to prove we don’t have one foot in the grave yet!
Peace,
Kevin
