Ciao! from Italy. Can’t send any photos as my crossfit workout on the road has been just me. Yesterday I was “followed” by a bunch of 6 year old Italian boys wondering what the heck I was doing. Workouts haven’t been quite as intense but the views of Tuscany are unbelievable!
