CJ does “Who’s Your Daddy?”
First things first. If you are new to CrossFit, understand that this is not one of our group classes, this is not a typical workout, and CJ is not your typical CrossFitter. This was a voluntary workout that CJ asked for to help keep him from drinking too much while on vacation.

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 Hang Cleans
7 Thrusters
9 Summo Deadlift High Pulls













I can’t help but smile when I watch this. Seriously though, Awesome job dude, you killed it.
That had my heart rate elevated by just watching it. The car push was an extra nice touch. Is it just me or do CJ’s board shorts have the Spam logo on them???? Extra minute for Spam!!! Or maybe the spam gave him the power to crush the seven minutes?
CJ? Who knew you had that in you?!! You did awesome and I give you props for just agreeing to do a “Who’s Your Daddy?” I have only done it once and it was only 5 min. I wanted to strangle my Daddy at minute 2.

i almost feel bad for being part of the reason cj had to go through all that… he warned us about this work-out, but we pushed on from one NYC bar to another. when there’s free guiness and $1 beers, it was hard for cj to resist. nonetheless, you made it. good job, ceej… i’m pretty sure this workout helped with all the mr. softees and hotsauce.
