Quick Learner
In the short time that Denise has been training at CrossFit Sweat Shop, she has:
- Learned the kipping pullup & can string together several unassisted pullups
- Climbed the rope to the top
- Deadlifted her body weight
- Become quite proficient in the Squat Clean & Push Jerk, despite only working on them a couple of times
- Pushes the intensity of the class each time she trains
