In the short time that Denise has been training at CrossFit Sweat Shop, she has:

  • Learned the kipping pullup & can string together several unassisted pullups
  • Climbed the rope to the top
  • Deadlifted her body weight
  • Become quite proficient in the Squat Clean & Push Jerk, despite only working on them a couple of times
  • Pushes the intensity of the class each time she trains

Great job Denise!
