Crossfit IS my Goat! Nabil and Brandon have been slowly brainwashing me over the last 2 years and it has finally kicked in. All prior traing has been power and strength focused...No Met Con or really any conditioning at all.

Goats:

1)The Kelly
2)Anything more than 8 reps
3)403M run
4)Burpees
5)Overhead Squats

After reviewing this list...I'm pretty much the exact opposite of Brandon.

Don't be so hard on yourself, Brandon. I'd say the number's much closer to 92.6%.

My goats:
my affections for my male competitors, I realized I don't like beating them and hurting their feelings, have you ever seen Brandon throw a fit? seeing a grown man cry is not a pretty sight.

All homosexual joking aside
My goats:
lack of strength.

My Goats:

1. Muscle-ups
2. Shoulder Press
3. Hand Stand Push-ups
4. Overhead Squats
5. Snatch (not that one)
6. Pull-ups
7. Rope Climbs
8. Deadlift

As a result of writing this list, I have just realized I pretty much suck at 98.3% of the movements in Crossfit
