12 Walking Lunges w/ KB
10 Push Press w/ KB
8 Ring Rows
Big props to Don B. for ending the day by doing this workout all by himself. This format workout is really tough to push yourself when you are the only one doing it. Don went 100% for 20 minutes,… nice job!

I’ll waive all the rowing you owe me if you can run a Beer Mile in less than 9 minutes. Since you are so fond of Masse’s Pool Hall, you can have your beer there on each of the 4 laps of 400 meters.
