Monday’s WOD:

(1) 403m Run

then 5 ROUNDS of:
20 Thrusters
20 Situps
15 Pushups
10 Box Jumps

then end with (1) 403 meter Run

    Awesome job Lauren! Your overhead lifts are already getting much stronger. 100 thrusters at 50# is great! Check back to your first workout, I believe you did push press at 55#, but onlyl a few sets of 5 or 8 reps.

    Also thanks for the mix CD, … it was great to get me going this Sunday morning.

    29:30 (50#) with run on the treadmill. Lauren coached me through this one. It was killer!!!
