		<description>I had an amazing time working out at the Shop on Saturday and Monday. 

Nutrition was the last frontier for me.  I had always assumed that working out incessantly would counter a cavalier approach to my diet - I was wrong.  Once I dialed in my diet, I saw significant changes in my body composition and work out performances. Cutting out refined sugars and carbs has been key for me.  That is a scientific fact.
