The 2017 Open has come to a close and we had some great times along the way! There is something about the Open atmosphere that elevates the level of intensity and camaraderie in the gym. Rene – thanks for posting the 17.5 highlight video. It was good for me to see how well everyone performed. It was also helpful to see where I need to improve my thruster form – keep my elbows up.
